Gente Dime – Our Spanish students in Barcelona

Dime is more than a Spanish Academy. It is a community of people who chose Barcelona as their home and Dime as their School. Our students are different and creative and they all have amazing stories to tell. In this section of Dime Barcelona Blog we are going to discover who they are and how they ended up being part of our Dime community.

GENTE DIME: Heather

Heather is from California (EEUU) and she arrived to Barcelona 2 months ago. She moved to this beautiful city with her husband and their three children. She wanted her children to learn Spanish and to know different countries. They already visited Italy and they are going to visit Greece and Morocco soon.

She worked for WWF for some years and now she is developing her artistic potential. She will be part of a fantastic and interesting program together with other artistic nomads who will all gather in Barcelona in January to develop and investigate their artistic skills. The academy who organize it, it is called Estudio Nómada. She is specialized in encaustic technique. You can have a look to her art in this link www.zehren.wixsite.com.

She loves Spanish food and hiking and biking in Collserola park.

She is attending our Extensive Spanish course in the morning and what she likes the most of the course is her teacher and her nice classmates.
